As a pivotal component of the HON Project Advantage team, the Director, Project Advantage Programs is responsible for developing and managing go-to-market programs in the Project Advantage business.

The Director, Project Advantage Programs is expected to:

  • Create strategic go-to-market programs to support overall Project Advantage business plan and growth goals.

  • Conduct appropriate research to understand and organize customer requirements, market needs and competitive programs to develop/validate go-to-market strategy.

  • Coordinate across business functions to develop and implement programs. This will include product assortment, packaging, positioning/price, marketing plans, sales enablement, and operational execution.

  • Maintain the process, metrics, and analytics to ensure successful execution of go-to-market programs.

  • Monitor program progress and resolve issues to ensure successful and timely execution of go-to-market programs.

  • Develop a strong rapport with internal stakeholders and leadership through communication and reporting of metrics and success of GTM programs.

Requirements

Think you’re ready?

Individuals considered for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree, Business or related field preferred. MBA is also preferred. At least 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or a go-to-market role with demonstrated success required.
