Collabera HR Coordinator in Moline, Illinois
• HR Coordinator is responsible for the day to day administrative support to the College Recruiting Organization.
• Core duties will including annual intern files; supporting event material ordering needs; inventory and coordination of recruiting shirts needs for both Campus and Professional Org events
• Daily viewing of recruiting shared email box and responding/directing inquiries appropriately, assisting with requisition prep needs within the system, supporting varied department projects and needs; Exposure to HR is ideal must have solid administrative/coordination
• Solid MS Office Skills - Excel (intermediate), Outlook, Word Prior administrative experience
• Detail oriented; quick learner; solid customer service skills
• Ability to work extended hours if needed during peak seasons (typically fall months)
