Robert Half Office Team Executive Assistant in Moline, Illinois

A large medical facility in the Quad Cities is searching for a Temporary Executive Assistant to join their team on an interim basis. This person will be accountable for scheduling and coordinating work for a large Physician's office. This Executive Assistant should be comfortable working independently, however, is regularly looked at as a lead in the office. This Executive Assistant will manage calendars and be responsible for data entry of medical information, memorandums, and meeting notes. This person will work closely with Physicians, Medical Office Staff and Clients to ensure that office operations run smoothly. The optimal person would be someone who is task oriented with the ability to multi task. Very important that they have a professional attitude with the ability to work at a fast pace.
