  1. Responsible for miscellaneous clerical tasks within a manufacturing plant such as data entry, mail distribution, filing, printing/copying, labeling, answering incoming calls, etc.

  2. Use of computers requiring proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Considerable amount of time is allocated to basic data entry.

      1. Greeting visitors while following proper sign-in protocols.
  3. Responsible for file organization and record retention in assigned areas.

  4. Help provide administrative support to plant safety initiatives.

  5. Assist with meeting planning coordination.

    1. Practical experience performing miscellaneous clerical tasks in an on-the-job setting is required.

    2. Self starter, with excellent organizational and time management skills, plus the proven ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

    3. Must be personable and able to converse comfortably both verbally and in written communications.

    4. Through understanding of Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience using Oracle is a plus.

    5. Unwavering adherence to plant safety and housekeeping rules.

    6. The starting rate of pay for this position is $16.30 per hour. It is a Day shift assignment. Overtime when assigned is mandatory.
