Temporary Human Resources Professional needed to assist a large Quad Cities Company through their open enrollment period. With all the extra work brought on with year-end and open enrollment our clients HR team is falling behind. An Experience Human resources individual will assist employees with benefit enrollment, communicate changes and cancellations, (including COBRA administration); and communicate benefit information to employees. You will also be assigned a variety of additional HR tasks and need to be able to jump in with minimal training. Tasks could include:
Updating employee files
Data entering and filing new hire paperwork
Assisting with OSHA and FMLA compliance
Pulling various reports
