Robert Half Accountemps Business Analyst and Project Coordinator in Davenport, Iowa

Accountemps is looking for a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator for an innovative QC based organization that is going through a growth period. This position will be a 6+ months contract role located in Davenport, IA.

• Support product deployments o Face off with client from requirements discovery phase through production delivery and transition to support. o Assist in the tactical planning, design, development, testing, deployment and support of multiple concurrent implementations. o Help document and maintain client requirements (business, functional and technical) to support delivery and support of BPM technology. o Manage documentation and oversight of client requested change requests. o Help ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) adherence for all clients. • Support client service and adoption initiatives o Work across platform and product groups to deploy BPM integrations to new and existing clients. o Manage ad hoc client improvement and other workflow-impacting initiatives. • Project Leadership o Responsible for meeting on-time and project goals. o Provide technology solutions to daily issues and manage relationships to provide ongoing customer service.

Qualifications • Ability to document business and functional product requirements • Experience overseeing meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and managing projects • 4-5 years of total work experience (mid-level) • Strong communication skills • Strong project management skills, ability to manage complex implementation cycles including: product requirements negotiations and approval tracking, design monitoring, implementation validation, defect triage and post-production support • Proven ability to distill complex ideas and make them understandable and meaningful to general audiences and to develop creative solutions to complex business challenges • Must be able to work effectively both within a team deployment environment and independently while demonstrating excellent organizational and activity prioritization skills • Experience in a deadline-oriented environment • Able to manage multiple and competing priorities of varying complexity including small projects • Strong PC skills with a strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel as well as web collaborative tools such as WebEx and CRM solutions • BA/BS
